SYNOPSIS:
This training is designed to equip participants with contemporary communication and negotiation skills as well as to help them better understand and internalize essential workplace core values. The training will also provide a refreshing motivation to participants on creating a high performance learning organization. Emphasis will also be given on continually improving communication skills at personal, interpersonal and organizational levels.
